I'm sorry. There IS an ApplicabilityEvaluatinCache key. I am unable to change the permissions on it. "TrustedInstaller" is the only account with Full Control. Logged on as Administrator, I am unable to change permissions or delete the key.

Updates still fail......

The manual installation attempt failed. Please see the attached cbs.log file. The date and time stamp don't appear to have been updated since the most recent attempt at installation.

Re-booting with the anti-virus software disabled did not fix the issue. Our A/V software in our vSphere environment is agentless, so there really isn't a way to un-install it. There were four other security updates that got installed on my most recent attempt at windows updates. This is really perplexing. I have never experienced an issue like this in over 20 years of working on windows/computers. I am starting to think about just waiting for the May cumulative update to see if that works. And if that should fail I am thinking about creating a brand new OS layer for the VDI environment, although that is quite the task and requires re-creating all of our application layers also.
