Hello, did you install the May update successfully or do you still require assistance?

Hi. The May update failed with the same error as April. I made the executive decision to create a new OS layer from scratch and re-create all the application layers that are based on it. I appreciate all your time and efforts on this issue. When I created a new VM all Windows updates, including the May cumulative update, installed without issue.
