CRITICAL PROCESS DIED BSOD when signing out or shutting down

Update on Post#14 tasks:

DISM repair health now running. Will post those logs today and start the Seagate test today as well.

From Post #19 tasks
I'm not clear which CBSpersist log is most useful to you, so I uploaded the last two (...545 and ...741) on 10/23 here:

SysnativeFileCollectionApp - Google Drive

Sidenote:
Just noticed only one USB is working (the one I use a mouse on). My other USB port, and my SD CARD port, are both inoperable.....
Can you help me restore them at the end of this repair process? (Lenova Y510P laptop)

Run:

Automatic Driver Update
Lenovo Diagnostics for Windows 10 (32-bit), 8.1 (32-bit), 8 (32-bit), 7 (32-bit), XP (32-bit), 2003 Advanced Server (32-bit) - Desktops, Notebooks, Workstations - US

Custom Scan (check all boxes)

Genesys USB Mass Storage Device for Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit) - IdeaPad Y410p, Y510p - US

Follow with Windows updates.

Post a share link for CbsPersist 10/23/20 10:44PM 146,977 KB.
And post a new one from the latest scannow run.

I would strongly recommend that you create a thread in the Windows Update form, following this guide Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions, to get the Windows Update problems resolved.
Can I perform multiple tasks at once? ie, I'm running DISM (it's been at 20% for hours again).... and run other tasks from windows update forum at same time?

PS I did post in windows update forum as well.

I do not think it's smart to run multiple tasks Windows Update related simultaneously. The experts from the Windows Update forum usually come with fixes that must be applied BEFORE doing anything else, otherwise, it does not have any effect.

Additionally, it would be smart to refrain from doing any Window Update related tasks (sfc and dism for example) that is not suggested by a Windows Update Analyst at this point.
