We'll need to replace the dnsapi.dll file in your store with a clean copy. You can download the SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip files on your phone and move them on your computer.

Re-try the operation to move the sfcfix.zip into sfcfix.exe.

When I dragged SFCFix winrar file into SFCFix.exe a command prompt comes up and it says that.

It says en error occurred while processing the command. Ensure that the command line arguments are valid.

I don't need the DISM log for now, it looks like I'll need to create a batch script for the replacement. Your Internet connection is broken because of that DNSAPI.dll file, and it's also possible that it's due to an infection currently present on your system.
