The disk where my os resides is about
233GB in size.
If I created a backup for the entire disk, macrium would finish the task after hours.
Instead, I moved all programs and data (that I could) to a DATA partition and left the system (almost) alone.
In this way, I create a backup for the
system partition and the
other needed partitions (EFI system partition, microsoft reserved partition, recovery partition) only.
About
30.5 GB in total.
The latest backup occupies about
17.7GB and it took less than
20 minutes (the disk is an ssd).
I included also a free partition to maintain the
partition table.
All of which is to say that with everything you've selected (
380.52GB), it could take you
between 4 and 5 hours, or even more.
And you will need around
220GB available (or even more) for the backup.
If you don't care about that time and about that space, i.e., you have that time and that space and many more, proceed.
Otherwise, try to move some data to another (safe) place.
