Update, the second time I sent it in, all they did was factory reset, not even a complete wipe (pre-manufacture drivers), the third time they replaced the motherboard and SSD, and the issue still persists, now I've resorted to obtaining an RMA from Asus directly so as to send it in to them, the issue is that Best Buy follows protocol from Asus when it comes to doing repairs, so checking "latency" doesn't fit in any of that, they have their tests, and if the laptop passes those, then it's fine, but tbh I don't know if Asus will have the same protocol, seeing as Best Buy literally follows the protocol Asus gives them when its manufacturer warranty, to top it all off, my manufacturers warranty apparently doesn't even cover replacement! Only repair, absolute BS lmfao
