I did try Step 2 a couple times so that may show in the CBS log. Should I delete all the previous Update files? It seems best to just download everything again based on your instructions. I've tried to keep things organized but things are getting messy.

Don't, this may cause the file cbs.log to be re-written.

Should I delete all the previous Update files?
No, please do only the instructions I ask you to do.
Perform the instructions in message #26 again and report the result.

Instructions in Post #26 followed and files attached.

The fixlog and CBS files are attached. Since I've done the Post #26 steps earlier today and the files were expanded and in C:/temp I only ran this command:

expand windows6.1-kb4019264-x64_c2d1cef74d6cb2278e3b2234c124b207d0d0540f.msu -f:* C:\temp

Hopefully this is OK.
