rtcore64.sys could also be a problem. Are you actually over/under-clocking?
If yes, try to boot without over/under-clocking.
If you aren't over/under-clocking, and if the problem appears also after you stopped to over/under-clock your machine, try to remove msi afterburner completely (you will always be able to reinstall it later, right?).
gdrv.sys shouldn't be there, if you have uninstalled it...\??\c:\program files (x86)\msi afterburner\rtcore64.sys
\??\c:\windows\gdrv.sys
rtcore64.sys could also be a problem. Are you actually over/under-clocking?
