The windows update I am trying to install is: Windows 11, version 23H2 and I am currently on: 10.0.22621 Build 22621 I have tried all the normal steps regarding trying to fix corrupt system files but I can't seem to make the problem go away. Replace Drivers Hive Manually Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own. Download DRIVERS.ZIP and save to your desktop. Right-click on it and select Extract all.... Make sure the "Show extracted files when complete" is checked and click Extract. Now we have the DRIVERS file that we will be using to replace your current one. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config Right-click on the current DRIVERS file and select rename. Rename it to DRIVERS.bad. Note: If you get an error that the file is in use, reboot your computer and then try again. So do you have run SFCFix with the script file before running DISM?

I am running the latest script again in case I accidentally used the older one but I seem to keep on running into the same error. I'm always running the script before the DISM. (Which I am running in a command prompt with elevated mode I am not sure if it makes a difference.) Here is the latest copy of the CBS logs which will hopefully show a difference.
