I'm looking at the Windows update problem first.

Start the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
On completion, attach the logfile C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log in your next reply.

Weird, you could run that tool in message #5.

Download

SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
Double-click SFCFix.exe to run the tool. A dialog may come up asking for approval. If it does go ahead and allow.
On completion a log file (SFCFix.txt) will be opened. Copy and Paste its content into your next reply.

Guess i need to send the CBS Isn't it? Though I do not really know why i cant send it to compressed (zipped folder). Though ill try something.

so i did sfc/scannow again and still same thing:
What do you mean by "still same thing" ?

Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.

Code:
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.
Note: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Filedropper or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the download link.

what i mean is after running sfcfix, i run the sfc/scannow command in cmd, then retried the sfcfix, and the result is still the same, no found corruptions

it's 11:52pm in my time zone, and seeing your replies to me, you are replying something 12:00am to 3:00am (in my time zone) so right now i'm going to be active. hope we sync online this time, for this is the only time i could do this.

CBS.log

... so right now i'm going to be active. hope we sync online this time, ...
There is no need for us to be online at the same time. Just follow my instructions when you have the time to do so.

Check Windows Update and report the result.

I just thought things would go faster if we are both online at the same time, but ok.

also, sorry for the great delay, again.

Turns out a message appeared:

"Windows update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running. You may need to restart your computer."

So i did restart my PC, and till that message appears

At this point, i thought stopping and starting the service may work, but somehow still not sure if it will work. So i search how i can fix this, which leads me to this website: Windows Update Cannot Currently Check For Updates [SOLVED] - Driver Easy

I followed method 1 and 3 and it didn't work. I did method 4, which is to delete the "Software Distribution" folder. But since i don't like deleting windows file stuff for it may cause problems that i cant reverse, i just move it somewhere else outside the windows directory. And the windows update works now!

Ironically, i got curious if this is the reason why the SURT didn't work, so i ran that too, and it now works!

Then i check the SURT log file. seeing the details (though i cant understand most of it) i feel like things go back to square one, since its the avast problem again. All i did while i were gone was updating my drivers with drivereasy, and update avast's main application again. (ver.19.6.2383 - build 19.6.4546.494)

here's the log file.

Update: Just tried updating a driver first, since that caught my attention quickly. it works fine and asks for restart, but after the restart the error message in the very beginning appears again, so i did the moving of SoftwareDistribution folder somewhere else again. I think what i have done is just a temporary fix isn't it? (or maybe not a fix at all isn't it?) and oh i check the installed updates section, and the driver update is not seen in the list, so i guess it didn't work at all.

I tried back the SP1 Update (i wish i can just replace this computer since the graphics driver is really outdated by time, but i cant generate money yet so i guess we will continue in the fixing), and says "The updates were successfully installed" but with an error code 80010108. (seems the update gets confused with what i have done...)

Did a restart, and found out that it did not installed. so i tried it again, but this time it failed with error 80246005. Another retry and the downloading of the update stucks at 28% for a long time, and still i'm surfing fine in internet, so i thought it's still the windows update problem.

Tried the SURT again just to have a recent report.

Indeed. Start with the oldest available Windows Update only and report the result.

ok, so i install 2 .NET framework updates from September 2011, and it works! also checked the Installed updates section to make sure they are installed, and they are!

So i should update them from the oldest to the newest right, and keep that pace?

well, I can't actually help myself but to proceed already, so i update all of them in order! and every update has been installed properly! i also check the install updates again, and the properties section of the computer to see if SP1 update is installed, and yay! It did!

there are 2 more updates that are labeled as important, which are the windows malicious Software removal tool of February 2018 and July 2019. Are they necessary? or should i go in the online version instead as the details about this update tell me?

also, i did a sfc/scannow again and said that "windows protection did not find any integrity violations"

weird actually, since installed MuseScore3 (a music notation app) and say "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" I did reinstalling but same error.

another thing what's left is my right click that is not working (until now) So there's that.

Install the windows malicious Software removal tool of July 2019 only. Report the result.

well, it installed nicely at first, but...
at first, windows keeps getting an error code and cant scan of the updates, but now...
holy freaking hell...
from 12 important updates,
installed 10 updates (2 being the removal tools), being SP1 update as the last...
then a 180 updates just popped up in my update details.
also, i noticed that the July 2019 removal tool is not installed after installing since it is also still in the list.
but for now, my internet is crying lol.
most of them are just kilobytes the size actually, but I should still download them in order of release right?

I don't understand all the things you said.
Take a screenshot of the list of available Windows Updates. Read this on how to take a screenshot.
Upload the image file to a file-sharing site such as Filedropper or SendSpace and post the downloadlink.
