It started in the right click touchpad not working

Also, all these updates just spawned after the SP1 update. That should be normal then right??
Correct.
Install all the important updates, start with the oldest ones and select only 20-25 items each time. You may get an error that some could not be installed successfully. Just reboot and try a second time if still listed.

Almost 3 weeks now from our last conversation, and i finally installed all the important updates!!! Should i install those 6 optional updates as well?? (actually 5 now, i install the sata driver already since i found it necessary)

Also, i'm still passionately waiting if there will still be a fix for my laptop's right click touchpad.

Those are:
1.)2019-07 Preview of Monthly Quality Rolllup for Windows 7 for x86-Based Systems (KB4507437)
-Update for Windows 7:
2.) KB2574819
3.) KB2592687
4.) KB2830477
5.) KB3102429

and oh, this isn't the right place for my touchpad? huh, well it leads me to do a sfc/scannow, when that actually does not even connect to my main problem, but only to my windows update. Thanks although! I've never seen such a service website interactively helping people in their windows updates, and system registries :D

Some of these updates are related to Remote Desktop. If you don't use that you may skip these updates.

I just pointed you to another website with a solution, nothing else.
Did it resolve the touchpad issue ?

According to my device manager, my only mouse hardware is called "PS/2 Compatible mouse" and i cant seem to find the same settings that i see in the other website.

i tried some alternatives, like uninstalling the mouse driver. Doing so just automatically reinstall itself, and it didn't fix my right click.
Updating the driver seems not to work either.

In some cases SHIFT+F11 acts as a right-click. Does that work ?

in my keyboard, its shift+fn+F10 for me. it works great as a right click alternative, but still the right click didn't work.

i feel like this is a hardware issue in my touchpad.... but why only the right click is only damaged, and not the whole touchpad? That's why i also thought that this might be also a software issue...

There are usually 2 buttons near the touchpad for the left and right-click commands. When you click these buttons, does the right button sounds differently compared to the left button ?
Take a photo of your touchpad and past the image in to your next reply.

Well, my phone's camera is broken, making me not replied here for... a month?
Then I just realized, i'll just search an exact image of my laptop by knowing my laptop product's name, and i found the name under my laptop:
It's Dell Inspiron 1545 Color Black with Blue exterior lid. I Double checked it by comparing the holes in front and it's physical look, and it really is.

For the sound, no, there is no sound at all. Rather, the right click seems heavier to click compared to the left click button. I guess it's because the left click was used more often compared to the right button.

Connect an external mouse and try the right-click button on that mouse. Does that work ?
