[SOLVED] KB4534310 fails with error 0x80073701

Attach the files C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log and C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\setuperr.log to your next reply.
 
Install Update with DISM
  1. Download the update MSU here: http://download.windowsupdate.com/d...2798f0d248e08c292076980d2b954e6e1f2c8f99.msu
  2. Copy the MSU file to a convenient location (such as C:\temp).
  3. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  4. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  5. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    cd C:\temp
    replace C:\temp with your path if different

    expand windows6.1-kb4592510-x64_2798f0d248e08c292076980d2b954e6e1f2c8f99.msu -f:* C:\temp

    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp\windows6.1-kb4592510-x64.cab

  6. You should receive the message:
    The operation completed successfully.
    Make sure to allow the computer to restart if prompted.
  7. If you receive any other message:
    Post a screenshot of the Commandprompt window.
    Zip and attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
 
Restart the machine.
Disabled the real-time protection of your antivirus (ESET Security).
Try the upgrade again and report the result.

  2. Copy the MSU file to a convenient location (such as C:\temp).
  3. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  4. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  5. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    cd C:\temp
    replace C:\temp with your path if different

    expand windows6.1-kb2952664-v23-x64_3d7183f85e23d0173ac8cc5d12d66521e61d238f.msu -f:* C:\temp

    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp\windows6.1-kb2952664-v23-x64.cab

  6. You should receive the message:
    The operation completed successfully.
    Make sure to allow the computer to restart if prompted.
  7. If you receive any other message:
    Post a screenshot of the Commandprompt window.
    Zip and attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
 
Restart the machine.

Which actions do you take to upgrade ?
 
I run system normally, insert a pendrive with Windows 10 installation, and run the setup.exe.
 
Open the page Download Windows 10
Follow the instructions at Using the tool to upgrade this PC to Windows 10 (click to show more or less information)
Report the result.
