Yes. The sequence is: "Next..." SFCFixScript -> Run SURT -> Try SP1 install and watch it fail -> Post logs.
 
Will do this in about 8 hours. To my inexpert eye it seems unusual that SURT produces no errors but the SP1 install still fails.
 
That just means that the top level component is missing and therefore SURT cannot even detect there is an error there. That's why it's important to inspect CBS.log as well to tie it all together.
