It seems to be another driver issue, the exact same issue you've experienced before. The driver in question is your Intel network adapter driver:

    Information from resource tables:

Please check the Dell support page for an update, if there is none available, then I would suggest checking the Intel support page. Please ensure that you only update this one particular driver.
New wifi driver installed on new laptop, so far so good. Will inform you as soon as I see some issues. This laptop is running Windows 10.

After this I have followed DELL work instruction how to properly install all drives. When it was finished I started with testing. 3x video playback in Microsoft edge and after few minutes I have got BSOD. Please see attached minidump
Unfortunately, I won't be able to do much with that Minidump since the crash is a Stop 0x133, could you please check the following folder and then upload a zipped version of the dump file?

Rich (BB code):
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

You'll need to upload the dump file to a file sharing site such as Google Drive or OneDrive, since the file will too large to attach to a forum post.

Hi, I have managed to upload the file to one drive, here it is:

memory.dmp

It seems that quite a few threads are stuck at DPC level because they're awaiting to acquire a spinlock which is never released. I'll assume it's the thread running on processor 4 which is causing the issue.

I've also looked at the trace generated by the kernel logger and it appears that tcpip.sys had the longest cumulative time spent processing DPCs, which would imply that the issue is most likely related to the Intel network adapter driver as mentioned previously. I'll recommend (if possible) checking if there is an update for Windows 11.

Thanks a lot for diag. Unfortunately system is up to date (Windows 11 PC). Just wan to add another BSOD. No video playback, just browsing internet in EDGE. I am also sharing this zip to Intel. In forum there is nother guy with Dell laptop (similar config but different model) and he describe there exactly the same issue as I have.

It seems on the Windows 11 machine we're back the Intel graphics card driver issue again. Has there been any other problems with the Windows 10 machine?
