Yep no bsod
Tbh it should be two day only because yesterday I just keep watching videos and typing, which will not trigger bsod.
The frequency of BSOD is quite random, ranging from within a day or sometimes 1 week+- but so far so good :)

Another BSOD (named MEMORY 30112024 2323)which happens even after I disabled all 3rd party services, the AMD Crash Defender driver and all auto-start apps disabled.

No, by the way after installing the lenovo driver and it install the AMD Software by itself I never tamper anything.

It seems like we didn't install the graphics/chipset drivers for your laptop; only one says 23 August 2023, and the chipset should be dated 2022:

Go to windows settings, update and security, windows update, click pause update for 7 days until you can (mine arrives on January 4th).
Then reinstall chipset and graphics drivers:
pcsupport.lenovo.com: AMD VGA Driver for Windows 11 (64-bit) - Yoga 7 14ARB7 - Type 82QF
AMD IO Driver for Windows 11 (64-bit) - Yoga 7 14ARB7 - Windows 11 (64-bit)

I already restart after installing both drivers(I didn't uninstall anything including the VGA driver and AMD Software before installing it)

Are you using any disk imaging software? If no: hasleo backup free
Do you know how to use one? If no (just replace macrium, because it's now only paid, with hasleo, because it's free; steps are the same): Using Macrium Free 30 Day Trial to Backup or Image your drives
Create also a system restore point.

Only after you have those "parachutes", i.e. a system image and a system restore point: Utilizing DDU Display Driver Uninstaller Properly

Then reinstall the drivers for your laptop.

I had already backup important files so I am not scared to reinstall Windows tbh.

Did you disable internet?
If no, disable internet and re-try it (with all amd options enabled).

I use safe mode(without networking) but during installation of drivers in normal mode I didnt turn off internet.
I suspect AMD Chipset Software needs to be removed to roll back to older version.
I will try now with no internet

This time with Internet disabled all the time and selected all AMD options.

Try to choose the previous drivers from device manager (if it's present the roll back button):



(Also amd crash defender, amd link controller emulation, and so forth)
