Monthly Security Rollup updates failing with error 8024200D

I ran it a few times. It reported a potentially corrupted installation which it could not fix. However, after a couple of rounds of fix and restart, the Silverlight update is no longer available.

Is it time to celebrate?
 
You may try to install the latest version of Silverlight if you like.
Go to Microsoft Silverlight and click the button "DOWNLOAD NOW".
 
Good. Are there any remaining issues with Windows Update ?
