Upload the image file to a file-sharing site such as Filedropper or SendSpace and post the downloadlink.
Ran that update only, it said Successful, prompted me to reboot, and upon restarting it still got stuck at 32% until going to Reverting Changes. Windows Update shows that it failed to install.
