Dear experts,


I can can get help please on the post IE8/9/10/11 conflict?

I just followed the instructions on uploading the CAB Logs via the script and dropbox. It completed to 100%

I desperately need your help please because if I don't get this resolved, I'll be out of work for 2 days when they reimage my computer with probably the same problem again.

Hi kennychua - We have a 72 hour response time (likely a little longer) as we are backed up right now. Just wanted to let you know.
 
Thank you BrianDrab. At least I know I wasn't lost in line. I sorry, I was just anxious because if I don't get this looked at, you know how IT organizations are these days, they don't even bother, they just reimage the same error on the machine again. I came from IT, but not experts like you, but that kind of organization..... Thanks for the heads up.

A proposed fix has already been prepared and is going to be reviewed. You should receive a response within day I would image. Hang in there.
