[Server2008R2SP1Standard x64] IE11 Refusing to Install

It fails immediately

I have uploaded the IE11_main and CBS logs. The DISM log hasn't changed

you are talking about the C:\Windows\IE11_main.log?

That is the one I uploaded earlier. The date stamp hasn't changed since 4/4/2018
 
As before, it completes the installation and says it's successful, but when you restart the computer (even though you are not prompted) it still shows as IE10

1 View your connection status.
2 Go to Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
3 Go to Properties
4 Click Advanced
5 Go to the DNS tab
6 Delete any addresses you might see in the top box. If necessary write them down, so you can restore them if needed.
7 Reboot the Server and attempt the update via Windows Update.
 
Hi,

I removed the DNS entries as advised and received a message that it would use itself as DNS, rebooted and tried the installation, but it still failed immediately

Error code 80244019 same as above
