In all honestly, I have absolutely no idea how to deal with this! It looks like your SP1 installation is partially installed and Windows doesn't like it, but it's listing 0x2 errors everywhere and I have no idea which files actually need replacing, and which copy to replace. I will ask for assistance with this one!

Hello Tom I have just seen Richards post on how to proceed.I am not sure how to complete the deletions to directories.I need help please.Regarding the probably cause the C drive is a new SSD.as is the graphics card and there are no issues flagged in device manager?
 
You can see that thread!? You shouldn't be able to as it's meant to be restricted to our senior trainees :p

I've got to pack up my computer now as I'm going back to uni tomorrow and the broadband isn't getting installed until 1st October, so Richard will hopefully be able to help you out. If not, I might be able to tether a connection from my phone :)
