[SOLVED] SFC Scan Found Corrupted Files Windows 10

I get the modern setup has stopped working error. The Windows event viewer says the following

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}
and APPID
{9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Thanks. Please do the following.

Check for Missing Registry keys from DCOM

1. Right-click your Start button and select Run.
2. Type dcomcnfg and click OK.
3. Expand Component Services by clicking the arrow to the left of it.
4. Expand Computers
5. Expand My Computer
6. Expand COM+ Applications. Then you can collapse it back.
7. Expand DCOM Config. You may get one or more DCOM Configuration Warnings! Click Yes to the messages if you do.
8. Collapse DCOM Config.
9. Expand Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
10. Expand Local DTC
11. Close the Component Services window.

OK I did the steps above.

I also got this error, but it I think it was from the Windows automatic updates. This happened by about 10 minutes after I sent you the previous error

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200D: Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586.

Not at all. The catastrophic failure was because I was using a corrupted user profile. When I created a new profile, that error stopped.

Windos update just failed again and this was the error from event viewer

The server {F3B4E234-7A68-4E43-B813-E4BA55A065F6} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Are you able to copy all of your documents/pictures/desktop items, etc. from the corrupted profile to the new profile?

I'd like for us to delete the corrupted profile but not until you are confident that all of your information has been copied over.

Thanks. Please do the following.

Step#1 - ChkDsk Scan

4. You will get a prompt telling you chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use. Answer Y and hit enter to schedule the run at next boot. Reboot your machine.
5. Chkdsk will start to run. Please allow it to finish. You will know it is running when you see text as follows.

I ran FRST64 then restarted and tried the update with the ISO file. I got the modern setup error again. This is the fixlog file:

I just checked the update version in the event viewer and saw that Windows Update Client is downloading a Spanish (Mexican) version of Windows:

GDR-DU: Spanish (Mexico) Language Pack - Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems - (KB3109596) [es-MX_LP]

But my Windows is the English (US) version. I don't know why it's trying to download the Spanish version to update. The ISO file I downloaded was the en-us version.
