[SOLVED] SFC & SFCFix.exe cannot fix all corrupt files; System Restore not working - Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

Turn off system restore, restart the machine, turn on system restore and try to create a restore point again.
If it fails, click the button Configure shown in your screenshot in message #7.
Post a screenshot of the window that appears.

Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log file called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach that file to your next reply.

1. Click the Start button and then type cmd in the searchbox. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator.
2. A User Account Control dialog may come up asking for approval. If it does go ahead and allow.
3. A command prompt window will open. Copy and paste the following into the command-prompt and hit enter.
vssadmin list writers > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\listwriters.txt"
4. Wait for this command to complete. When done a file will be on your desktop named listwriters.txt.
5. Attach this file to your next reply.
