[SOLVED] Stuck on Win10 version 1909

Okay, open an elevated commandprompt and run winver which build is showing up?
 
Hmm, this is the same build 1909 (18363.2274), what was the result of the updateassistent after the installation? Please post the latest CBS logs as well.
  • Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
  • Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  • Click on the Yes button here.

  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)

Step 1 Run "kavremover" to remove some remnants of Kaspersky Free.
1. Download the following tool: https://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/kavremvr.exe
2. Run kavremover.exe as administrator and follow the instructions.
3. When the tool is ready, restart the system and perform a second restart.
4. Then perform step 2.

Warning: This script was written specifically for this system. Do not run this script on another system.
  • Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  • Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  • Press the Fix button.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally.
  • When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

There was an policy set for Windows Update. So please attempt to update again, if it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

    SetupDiag to your desktop.
  • Right-click on SetupDiag.exe and select Run as administrator.
  • When completed the following files are created: "Logs.zip, SetupDiag.exe.config and SetupDiagResults.log"
  • Attach SetupDiagResults.log and Logs.zip to your next reply.


Step 2.

  • Right-click on the file setupapi.dev.log and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"

Open an alevated commandprompt and run the following commands once at a time and attach Info.txt tou your next post.

I have a few instances of those first two files, but not in that specific directory (see images)

They have a black arrow showing but when I right click on them they appear to be disabled as they say "enable device"
