What do you mean?
Revo Uninstaller...
Cybereason Ransomware...
I just don't understand why the valid folders we recreated are being removed. Maybe some cleanup tool is removing them or Windows does it due to a fault.
I think Revo Uninstaller is just an on-demand tool so that would be no problem.

Step 1:
Uninstall "Cybereason Ransomware" so we can check.
Restart the machine.

4. Select the menu File - Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and attach the file LogFile.PML as well as your CBS.log.

Strange, no change...
After your last fix, cant disable RocketDock and Microsoft Edge on Startup section (msconfig)
And also, even in (part) Clean Boot, Hard Disk Sentinel starts up.

Lets have a look again with FRST.

FRST Scan:
  1. Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  2. Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  3. Press the Scan button.
  4. Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  5. Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.
