Unable to remove remains of IE 11 and reinstall

I would like to add info that this error happened on computers with updated (not base version, higher than 11.0.9600.16428) IE 11 after removing it using forfiles… command.
The error didn't happen on a computer with a base IE 11 version (11.0.9600.16428), I could remove and reinstall IE 11 successfully, than patch to latest version (which is the main purpose).

hi softwaremaniac. The link point to add/remove windows feature, but on my computer IE is not there. I did tried removing using dism /online /disable-feature. It ran but strangely from Get-FeatureInfo the IE version is not 11.
As for the lower link, already tried reinstall IE but failed.
And for resetting IE, inetcpl.cpl cannot start (specified module could not be found)

Step#1 - Capture Process Monitor Trace
1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
2. Cause the error just like you have in the past.
3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it appears. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below.

4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and provide the link to the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace.

Please do this. I suspect the hardlinks need to be repaired:

SFC Scan

  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    sfc /scannow

Wait for this to finish before you continue

    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

Hi SM,

Here's the result and log
Code:
C:\Users\patchusr.BCSBY00UCN04.000>sfc /scannow

Hi SM, it began after running below command to manually remove IE11 (because it's always failed to update):

Code:
FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart"
