Unable to remove remains of IE 11 and reinstall

Hi SM, yes of course that's the last option. But I'm curious, with many forums recommending the use of "forfiles…" to remove IE, there's no one but me having this problem. It's almost always that if I have an issue, someone on the Internet already had it and some forum already provide solution.

As a person who has been through thousands of logs and cases, I can tell you what I think: Since we are dealing with IE11. That command would have been okay for all the previous versions of IE, like IE9 and IE10, but I don't generally see people (or recommend to them to use it on IE11.

Let's recreate the issue with ProcMon once again so I can try one last time.

Hi SM, thanks a lot. I will provide it.
I'm curious with the IE11_main log on my first post. If you see the first part on 2017/10/13, it's the first time IE11 installed. After that finished, the IE11 version should be the base version 11.0.9600.16428 yes?
Then why in the second part on 2017/10/23, the log says "Previous version of Internet Explorer: 11.0.9600.18817"? When did version 11.0.9600.18817 installed?

I mean, maybe if I can rollback (on another uncorrupted machine) to base version before using "forfiles…" to remove IE11, I can prevent the corruption. As I mentioned before, on one machine with base version 11.0.9600.16428 the IE11 was successfully removed using "for files..".
