update and shutting down problem

Restart the machine.
When Windows shows the desktop try to shutdown Windows. Does that work normally ?
If not, restart the machine again.
When Windows shows the desktop open the Task-manager and post screenshot(s) of all items on the tab "Processes".
 
1.It doesn't work normally.
2.I restarted the machine again and here is screenshot of all items on the tab "Processes".

In the screenshot click "Show processes from all users".
Post a new screenshot or screenshots when not all visible in one.

Select the entry mdm.exe *32 then click the button "End Process".
Next, try to shutdown the machine again and report the result.
 
I did as you told me, but nothing happened, again stuck on shutting down.
When I restarted the computer, and hit ctrl+alt+del mdm.exe*32 appeared again on the tab Processes.

  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.
