Video shuttering, laptop freezing

Please try the 53rd post instructions (only for your pc): Video shuttering, laptop freezing

Are you now using windows 10 firewall and antivirus (windows defender)?
Yes, I am using firewall and I guess Windows defender (I haven't checked it), since I deleted Avira. During this one week test, I noticed that the laptop freezes regularly when Antimalware Service works. It happens every 7-10 minutes. During browsing the Iternet or launching Python or Lego Studio. It takes between 10-50% of CPU. I also remember that even with Avira it took a lot of my CPU capacity. Maybe the main trouble caused by Microsoft firewall and antivirus turning off my dedicated Nvidia videocard. And the auxiliary problem was caused by Avira.

I do not understand why I should try 53 post guide? Now I do not have problem with my other far-away PC. My Laptop uses Wifi connection. Only TV uses LAN. So, how LAN settings of the router will help with my Wifi? Also I do not know how to change something in the router. I showed in my previous post settings of my router, I do not know what and how anything can be changed. Could you please clarify what to do and why I should do it?

You showed in a previous post you can access the static dhcp, from router settings, LAN, static dhcp settings.
You should be able to add your device there:
  • Launch this command from a (simple or elevated) command prompt: hostname & (getmac /v & ipconfig /all)
    You will get something like:
    Read More:
    Note down:
    • the hostname.
In my example, the host name is xilolee and it appears twice.
    • the physical address (also known as MAC address).
In my example, the MAC address is 70-82-A2-38-EE-92 and it appears thrice.
    • the ipv4 address.
In my example, the ipv4 address is 192.168.1.2
  • Open your router settings.
    • Go to LAN, static dhcp settings, and add/enter your three data for your pc.
Sometimes you can find your pc under the hostname, in the drop down menu.
If you select it, the other two entries (mac address and ipv4) are automatically inserted.
In this case, check if they are the same you noted down.
      Click apply/save.
