@fireweed - I think syncing across different browsers and different contexts is just extremely annoying no matter how you do it.

Even just adding a computer the the Brave "sync chain" is worse than every other browser. There's a QR code option but if you're going from desktop to desktop and don't want to mess around with the QR code you need to type out a 24 word sync code. I ended up just emailing the code to myself because typing it out was too ridiculous. Meanwhile the other browsers just get you to link an account or something.

It would be nice to have an easy way to sync between competing browsers but I think it would be a cold day in hell before any on the top browsers would willingly do so. Sign.

Use Firefox mostly.

Did try Brave, and I liked some of its features. What I didn't like was all the orphans it left on my machine when I chose to uninstall it, so I now advise people who want to try it out, to uninstall it using Revo (or similar product) since its own uninstaller does not appear to do a very good job.
