What are you currently playing?

Nice, the only thing I kinda don't like is the EVGA G3 because they have fan issues.

I haven't built a PC for nearly 10 years, so the amount of time I agonised over various component choices was rather considerable ;) It only takes one negative review to plant the seed of doubt in my mind, which happens to be a pretty good climate for the cultivation of anxiety, it turns out.

Botanical metaphors aside, I think the choice of PSU was probably the hardest. An area where I have no brand preference for premium products, my previous builds have (ignorantly) survived on cheap and cheerful electricity boxes. (I was slightly amused by the fact that this EVGA one not only includes a storage bag for the unused cables, but also arrives with the PSU in it's own separate bag! An odd luxury, in my mind...)

It's nice and small though and the fan grill which of course I'll never see, looks cool

I've been playing Shadow Of War for over 200 hours, restarted the game 3 times after conquering Minas Morgul.

I'm a redneck I guess I love fishing and hunting games. Right now I'm playing Bass Pro Shop's "The Strike." It an awesome game where you fish in real pro bass fishing tournaments. You have to get enough reputation points in each lake to unlock the tournament. The bigger the fish the more reputation points you get so you need to find places with big fish. After the first three tournaments you win new boats each one faster than the one before by finishing first place in the tournaments. After you've completed all of the tournaments you can play in the invitationals. Each lake except one has a "legendary fish." So far I've caught two in qualifying for the tournaments and one in a tournament. After you win it all you can create a new game and start again. I got it on Steam or $10.00

I remember a fishing game that I quite liked on PS1 called Action Bass. It had a tournament mode and a pleasure mode. In the tournament mode, you would just attempt to catch a bigger fish than your competitors within a given time limit, unlocking lakes with bigger fish as you beat each tournament stage.

The pleasure mode was simply the tournament mode without the time limit and the competitors.

Dirt 4 on PC. Graphics are awful, I just wish they dropped that old engine... Batman Arkham Knight 25% of the game and bored of the Batmobile. World of Warcraft Legion (Ilvl 965), gonna unsubscribe in august, can't play that game anymore).
Nintendo Switch: Hollow Knight, Blazblue Crosstag Battle and Doom.
Nintendo 3DS: Phoenix Wright 6.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Simple and relaxing. All those War Games on Steam are hard for me to play anymore. I did try Tom Clancy's/The Division..

I am currently playing Ultimate Fishing Challange on PC. You start out catching 8 lb Rainbow Trout. I am now catching 300 lb Greenland Sharks. Fun. You rank up and "sell" the fish for money. Each rank unlocks Lakes, Rivers, poles, reels, line, and bait. You spend the money on the same.

Mostly the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare, FSX, BF2 with the AIX mod, GTA V, Mario 3, and N64's Perfect Dark or Goldeneye. I was playing Command & Conqur Zero Hour, but now all of a sudden the dozer keeps exploding along with my base. I may need the updates which I don't think I added. Am I good in COD? Depends on the other players... LOL

I played the original COD Modern Warfare back in circa 2008 on a Dell Dimension 4600 and it played the game quite well. I upgraded everything in that computer except the motherboard. CPU went from 2.4 GHz to 3.0 GHz, RAM was 4 GBs of Crucial Ballistix, video cards ranged from a GT 6600 to a GT 6800, utilized the SATA I connectors and had a Soundblaster audio card for my 5.1 surround sound that I still use to this day with Logitech Z5300e speakers.

Gaming makes me more stressed because I know I really should be doing something else, but I do enjoy it, which makes me play more, and so I get more stressed, and usually ends with me being too stressed about other things to carry on!
Me too!! That’s why I haven’t played in a while!!

Otherwise I’m a massive Mario fan

Seems there are no other Nintendo Switch gamers, or even Nintendo gamers around here 😒

Never really been into gaming at all, whether it be on PC or console. The closest I get to gaming normally is Mario (especially the old Super Mario World on the Game Boy Advance!).

Anyway, I've just started playing Portal as per some recommendations and am loving it so far. Already got Portal 2 downloaded as well, ready to play :)

Anyone else played Portal? (don't spoil it for me though! :p)
Just realised I jumped to conclusions from page 1, just saw this 🤣
