There is nothing much more we can get from a minidump. A kernel dump probably would only show how the crash occured, but not really the why part, at least that is what I remember from the guide x BlueRobot wrote (not sure if I remember it correctly).

Run all the tests suggested, that you've run them a long time ago can't be used as a reason to not run the same test again because since the time you ran it and now there have been many changes occured which may include the component being faulty.
It is the same as using a hard drive that is several years old & may have several problems, but claiming it is fine just because you've run a test on it a year ago.

I ran Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64Bit and it passed.


About the kernel dump I will post many commands results and I can upload 1GB but I am not sure if someone is willing to look.

If you want to me to ran command let me know and I have no problem to post result.
Let me know if you see something suspicious.

I did System Recovery fine?
Maybe the BSOD I received is because of the system recovery and SlimDrivers Recovery?

I personally wouldn't have done it through any software like slimdrivers, but we can't say if you did the system restore proper, only you can tell by experiencing any kind of problems.

According to what I found, dating from 2014 so it could have changed meanwhile, I quote 'SlimDrivers does keep logs of what it downloads but those are kinda technical.'

So if slimdrivers hasn't installed/downloaded anything, these logs shouldn't be present or they should be empty.


Regarding the text file you send and the kernel dump, there are plenty who are willing to take a look at it for you.
I've examined the file you send, when cleaning it up a bit it is as follow.
You've used a few times the !errrec command, but the output doesn't contain any usable data at all what takes unnecessary space, that is why I've removed that part.
Back to the troubleshooting, if you're still under warranty and the tests don't show anything I would recommend to send your laptop in for a replacement.
No test is 100% so if the tests don't show any failure or something it would be useless to keep sending the laptop for replacing parts each time and finding out it is still crashing.

Hi,

Long story short initially when I had BSOD I could send my laptop but I refuse because I couldn't backup my data so now I am confused what to do, how to solve it. So, now I don't have warranty.

I still not sure which more test to do or which driver to install...

PS: when I do recovery there still possible to BSOD...

I ran IntelProcessor Diagnostic Tool 64bit and it passed.
I ran memtest a month ago and it passed.
I ran furmark not long and it says no error.


I also downloaded driver wifi Intel PROSet/Wireless Wifi Connection Utility and it says driver is not installed. - I think I should remove the program..
I also download driver for touchpad and then my touchpad didn't work so I restored the driver with slimdrivers..

About the memory test, if it wasn't MemTest86+ for at least 8 straight completed passes I suggest you run it. It is recommended to do this overnight as it could take up to 10h or more.

What was the max temperature?

Hi,
I ran memtest for over night.

I think I have problems with my drivers, I removed many programs and drivers. Also my card reader doesn't work and I tried many drivers so I don't know what to do :(
My wifi is working so I don't need to update, also for touchpad.

what's I am not sure is:
- camera driver
- card reader
- lan driver
- Bluetooth driver
- Intel Chipset Driver

Given you have a laptop I think we can for now ignore the camera, card reader, LAN & bluetooth drivers assuming you don't use them?

For the other driver(s) we could try to get them installed, but there is a possibility that it will be difficult given the problems on your laptop.

Is there any error you get when installing the drivers?
If so, please try to make a photo or something of the error and post it.


Please stay focused on testing the hardware while trying to install the drivers.

I installed WLAN driver and now it's okay.

Do I need to worry about the latest BSOD?

If you mean the one you've shared a text file from, we're troubleshooting it.
 
If you meant with the latest BSOD crash the one from post 21 which you shared a text file from -> we're troubleshooting that one, else you're not clear in what the latest BSOD is.

That file says BugCheck 124, {0, ffffe00046cd4028, be000000, 800400} Probably caused by : GenuineIntel

It could be you need to reinstall/update intel drivers (for your hardware): check your manufacturer website for the original intel installer.

there is only two intel drivers:

Intel Management Engine Interface Driver for Windows 8.1 (64-bit) - Lenovo Y5-7, Y5-7 Touch - Lenovo Support (US)
Intel Chipset Driver for Windows 8.1 (64-bit) - Lenovo Y5-7, Y5-7 Touch - Lenovo Support (US)

The programs installed keywords intel is:

Intel Graphics Driver
Intel Management Engine Components
Intel Rapid Storage Technology
