WIN 8.1 BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)

Please be more specific in what crash you meant with
Do I need to worry about the latest BSOD?

You ought to be nicer to those who are trying to help you, we are no experts but we are volunteers offering our time to help others, it just takes some extra time and steps than usual to come to that point where we want to be - a stable system for you.

If I were you I would have already done a clean install of the OS, why? Because it is the easiest way to solve many problems and software like slimdrivers has only made things worse and will make things worse every time you use it.
After a clean install, the drivers from Lenovo shouldn't be difficult to install. If those drivers are difficult to install after a clean install of the OS then you definitely have hardware problems if that wasn't clear yet and I highly recommend that you try to follow our suggestions despite the fact that you've run a test previously, just run it again and see what the results are.
It is important that you let is know what the results of the tests are, the best way to do this is by making a proper photo or screenshot and post them.
With tests like prime95 & furmark it is important that you let us know what the temperatures are too, these kind of software are stress tests, they stress test the CPU & GPU causing the temperatures to go higher than usual, if you don't keep an eye on the temperatures and stop the test when the temperatures are getting too high then the tests may damage the components by overheating.

If you have any questions about a test, please ask them before you run the test, we'll gladly answer them as always.

To note, IF you've run a test previously but a short period ago, lets say a week, and you know the results and tell us a few details like the temperatures (min & max), time and/or passes) of the test then I'd say you can skip it. Why not if I just say that I've already done it and I say that the results were fine even though the test was about a month ago? In most cases we need proper details about a test, depending on what the test was it is important to know specific details to find out if the test was properly performed and finished with no problems.

Lenovo confirms what I'm saying, however I am only able to help with the diagnostics part, I can't help fixing it as there would be replacement required.

You could confirm what Lenovo thinks by running SeaTools for testing the hard drive, see this post for a link to the tutorial.

To note, the last crash (0x133) was caused by your touchpad drivers, though going into that would probably not help much with the other crashes & problems.

Hi,

I boot ubcd535 to usb and seatools says no hard drive detected.

Hi,

I think I will do onekeyrecovery to win 8.1 initial state.

What do you think?

There can be many reasons why SeaTools doesn't detect the hard drive, like
  • Improperly connected cable,
  • Connection somewhere damaged making it unreadable,
  • SATA drivers aren't proper.
NOTE: there are more reasons behind it but I do only know a few of them.

What I would do if I were you, reseat the cable and try to boot again, if that doesn't work (re)install the Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers from Lenovo and try again, if that doesn't work either try to change the boot mode in the BIOS.

Hi,

I did onekeyrecovery( that's recovery back to initial state) and I think it's okay now.

here I ran FarMark for 2 minutes and max is 70 max temp.

I also opened a thread can you take a look?
https://www.sysnative.com/forums/general-help-and-information/19832-help-choosing-windows.html

I think the computer run fine but I didn't remove or install anything yet.
