Yes I'm fixed!!!!

EDIT: Nevermind! Maybe not fixed yet, windows found the KB4015438 again and it's trying to download/install...I'll Edit this post again letting you know how it goes.

I'm fixed, I believe. In the history of updates it says everything was sucessfully installed.

All i'm having now is an error during the installation of Windows Defender – KB226760 (Error 0x80070643)

But I don't think it's that important, all of the problems are now solved.
