You could try installing the update through the readiness tool or iso file. Download Windows 10

Well it is just this anniversary update. Other updates have been installing. I guess I'll block that update and then try the Creators update when it comes out and if that one fails, just block it as well.

You can try the Creators Update now if you wish. Installed and working on my laptop just fine.
Just download and run the new Windows 10 Update Assistant.
