Tried to do the deep clean went up to 30% rebooted ,then went to 32% and I got the blue crash dump screen, rebooted and it did the same , went into safe mode and it then came up with failed reverting changes , its back running again but it wiped the audigy drivers which I have had to reinstall , logs attached, will send cbs log link in next post.

Hi, have installed latest amd chipset drivers but apparently there is a bug in the audigy drivers if you try and uninstall them which produces a blue screen error, is this the problem I am seeing ? Is it easier to uninstal the audigy drivers , try the deep clean again ?

Hi, uninstalled Audigy drivers and tried deep clean again, got to 100% and spent about 10 minutes in this stage, then said cleaning up so looks like it finally completed, reinstalled the audio drivers and all seems fine . Thanks for your help
Regards
