[SOLVED] [Win7SP1Pro x64] WU corrupt/broken. Surt tdcc 10.

I noticed the drive E: also in your screenshot. E: is an external drive I assume which looks normal.
Is drive C: an SSD disc ?

Download
5651f91f73916-AS_SSD_Benchmark.PNG
AS SSD Benchmark.
Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract all...".
In the extracted folder, click AS SSD Benchmark to start the tool.
Click Start at the bottom of "AS SSD Benchmark".
When finished, click "File - Screenshot" and save the file.
Upload the saved file to a file sharing site and provide the download link in your next reply

Weird, the tool reports no problems but Windows does.
Please open "Device Manager" and check for updates for your SSD driver.

Download HD Tune 2.55.
Run the installer. "HD Tune" will start automatically afterwards.
In "HD Tune", open the tab "Error Scan" and click Start.
On completion, click the button
56eef973a2779-HDTune_Save_Screenshot.PNG

This takes a screenshot. Save the image file on your desktop.
Upload the image file to a file sharing site and provide the download link in your next reply.

There are some problems with your SSD.
Open the "Health" tab post a screenshot.

The health screen had no info in it.

NOTE: I did not close the application after running it before. The Error screen still looks the same as it did when I sent the last screenshot.

See Health screen here

Delete all previous stored restore points:

1. Click the start button.
2. Typ sysdm.cpl in the search inputbox and hit enter.
3. On the System Properties window, open the tab System Protection.
4. Make sure that protection shows On at drive C:.
5. Click the button Configure.
6. Make sure that Turn on system protection is selected.
7. Select the Max usage: amount at about 5 %.
8. Delete all restore points by clicking the Delete button. Confirm the deletion.
9. Click the Apply button.

Restart the computer and try to create a restore point.

No luck; failing with the same error.

Not sure if this will help or not, but I noticed that there are some ERROR events being logged in System Tools -> Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System each time I attempt to create a Restore Point.

The first error occurs 11 times. The second occurs only once.

Occurrences: 11
Message: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort1.
Source: LSI_SAS2
Event ID: 11

Occurrences: 1
Message: The shadow copies of volume C: were aborted because of an IO failure on volume C:.

Using Dell's online utilities, I have determined that I had several old drivers and that my BIOS was not the latest version. I have updated all of them and now I have the latest BIOS and drivers for my machine.

There are no Windows Updates available.

Unfortunately, System Restore still fails with the same error and the same 12 events appear in the logs each time I attempt a system restore.

Not sure if this will help or not, but I noticed that there are some ERROR events being logged in System Tools -> Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System
I notices that already. That's why I wanted you to do the disc checks.
Now that you have the latest drivers please do the following again.

Click on Start - All Programs - Accessories.
Right-click on Command-prompt and select Run as administrator.
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter afterwards.

Code:
chkdsk c: /f /r
At the question "Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)", press Y.
Restart the system.

Do not press any key during the restart. This will allow CHKDSK to start.
Wait for this to complete. Please note that this may take several hours. Let it run even if it looks like the process has stopped!
On completion, the system will restart automatically.

Check System Restore again and report the result.

Same errors.
