That's expected. Now please do the following.

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
2. Run FRST by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
4. When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

Reboot your machine and then try installing Microsoft Security Essentials again.

It does not give an error, it downloads update , restarts starts to configure update it gets to 7% and reverts and restarts

I noticed from your logs that you provided previously that there is adware on your machine. Would you mind if we got that cleaned up real quick so I can be certain that it's not playing a part in this?

If so, please start a new post in our Security forum. In the subject put "Windows Update - 14399 - (For BrianDrab)"

As soon as I see it I'll pick it up. We'll get the adware removed, check for malware/broken services, etc. Then we'll return here and finish up.

There is still a problem with windows updates, kb2800095 downloads and says they were successfully installed, restarts and gets to 11% and fails and revrets changes, restarts again and gets to 35% and quits.

Thanks for letting me get your machine cleaned up of any adware/malware. Give me a few and I'll be back with next instructions.
