[SOLVED] Windows 7 Home Premium Failing to install updates

okay so this notification will stay there till I upgrade to Windows 10

I thought about but I have decided I am not going to

OK. Do you want to remove all the Windows 10 files so that you are not prompted to install it?

Yeah sure would I be able to get them back if I change my mind before the free upgrade period ends

Yes you would. All you would need to do is download the Media Creation Tool and run this to upgrade before July 29th.

OK the first step would be to hide the Windows 10 upgrade. When you go to Windows Update and see the Windows 10 update, right-click on it and select hide. Let me know when complete.

Good. Now let's clean up the files which will clear up a lot of space.

1. Click the Start button and type disk in the search box.
2. Right-click on Disk Cleanup that appears in the search results and click on Run as administrator.
3. It will take a few moments to scan. Allow it to finish.
4. Select Clean up System Files and check Temporary Installation files. Click OK and confirm that you are sure.

Wow, you have a fast machine. Now do the following.

Remove Update Manually
1. Click on the Start

button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter
wusa /uninstall /KB:2952664

4. Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.

Then repeat the command with the following update. Let me know the results.
wusa /uninstall /KB:3035583

I'm guessing something wasn't typed in correctly. You should get some kind of notification when running the command.

its had be restart after I ran the command

I copied and pasted the first command and the cmd ran it and went to Screenshot by Lightshot and when I did the second one it had a restart my pc

OK, then check for Windows Updates and if you see the following two updates, right-click on them and select hide.

Good. At this point you shouldn't have any Windows 10 files until you are ready to do so. The shield should also be gone on your Start button. You may have to reboot one last time if this isn't the case.
