I did this as well and also ran "sfc /scannow", which now says that Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations, so I guess, that part is sorted out now.

Great. Are there any remaining issues ?

I looked around and the random shut downs are still happening.

So from time to time, I receive a complete clean shut down. Like by pressing power button without any BSOD or anything. Event viewer shows it as:
Event ID 41, Task category 63,
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

There is also an error, which happens few seconds after this, but I am not sure if it's a cause or result of this:
Event ID 3,
"Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D"

I don't see any minidump or any other log created from that, so I am still puzzled...

Great. Nice cleanup of about 40GB temporary files.
Do you notice any improvement after these steps ?

Earlier you said:
There is also an error, which happens few seconds after this, but I am not sure if it's a cause or result of this:
Event ID 3,
"Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D"

It looks like "Microsoft Security Client" isn't installed. Was it ones installed and removed ?

Yes, thank you, that was quite a lot and it feels smoother and faster a bit. However, I still keep getting those shut downs. Had twice today at 8:33:09 and 9:13:13.

The error of Microsoft Security Client OOBE received at 8:33:14 and 9:13:17. However, I also received it twice at around 1:30:00 and it didn't shut down around then.

I am not sure if "Microsoft Security Client" was installed and removed, but there is a possibility, I guess. I had some problems in the past with specific Windows Updates, so if it was part of it and didn't work properly, then maybe. Do I need to reinstall it then?

Done and attached as well.

I will try to see, if the error will keep reappearing and if I will have any shut downs.

It is still happening. Since the last time it happened 6 times (6 shut downs/critical events and 6 errors mentioned previously, which happened around 4 seconds after the critical events). This is even a bit more than usual, but happened before. Very often it happens just minutes after booting up. After desktop is loaded, if I just leave and do nothing, it will very likely shut down.
