Hello,
The searchreg results are correct. It seemed that 4489878 was in the same category as 4486563, a predecessor Security Monthly Quality Rollup that you supplied a fix file for to delete the reg entries.

4489878 was reported not installed by WUSA, many entries in the registry and cbs.log entries indicating attempts to load 4489878 packages. I hoped you would provide a fix file for 4489878.
I decided to install and use notepad++ to create a fix file from searchreg-4489878 results. It ran successfully hence no entries in the current registry.

IMHO, the deletions and tweaks in the registry, may have solved the 8024200d problem leading to the new error code.

BTW, after the fix zip from post #62, all scans (sfc, scfix, SURT) are all clean! No missing deployment flags in the c! entries (the archive command?). A golden arrow from your mighty quiver!

Now, after the 0x8007371B install 4534310 failure, the system is back to WUSA reporting not installed but searchreg showing many entries.

With SURT showing no errors, it may be time to try the install again. Does the 4534310 reg clean fix need to be run first?

Hmm, ok. Go ahead and try to install KB4534310 again.

Great and your welcome.

Follow the instructions below to cleanup the tools and logfiles used in this thread.
Rename the file FRST64.exe to uninstall.exe and run it. This will remove all files and folders created by FRST and the tool itself.
Reboot the machine to complete.
You may remove all other tools and log files.

I will mark this thread as solved. Take care.
