windows 7 won't update (KB4516065) and (KB4474419)

Step 1:
Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

Step 2:
Open this web page to download the latest version. Click the green button 'Download Java'.
Download the installer jxpiinstall.exe and run it.
Click Install and then Install>.
Warning: You may get a choice to install additional software and/or allow to change your browser settings. Uncheck all that!
If you get a pop-up saying "Out-of-date Java versions detected.", click Uninstall>. This will remove the outdated Java versions.

Uninstall CCleaner. You may re-install it later when we are finished in this thread.

Make sure Windows is started in normal mode.
Try to install KB4474419 again and report the result.
If it fails attach the file cbs.log to your next reply.
 
Click the Start button and then type cmd in the searchbox. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator.
A User Account Control dialog may come up asking for approval. If it does go ahead and allow.
A command prompt window will open. Copy and paste the following into the command-prompt and hit enter.
dir c:\windows\servicing\packages\*.mum > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\mum.txt"

After the command runs there will be a file on your desktop named mum.txt.

Follow the instructions below to run a new scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.
  1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x86)
  2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
  3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
  4. Attach this log to your next reply.

System Update Readiness Tool (SURT)
 
Step 1:
WARNING! The following fix is specific to the user's system in this thread only. No one else should follow these instructions, as it could damage your system.
  • Download
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply.

Step 2:
Restart the machine.
Try to install KB4474419 again and report the result.
If it fails attach the file cbs.log to your next reply.
