it says update not applicable for kb5004298 and kb4530702.

Also I found that there are yellow triangle warning signs near processor cores in device manager. Each says that it can't load driver (code 39) and "cant load driver for

Please do following.
FRST Scan:

Step 1:
Uninstall "McAfee® Central for Lenovo"
What does this program do: "Shockwave (HKLM-x32\...\Shockwave) (Version: - )" ?
Did you add the DisallowRun entries on purpose ?

Step 2:
Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.

Step1: I guess shockwave is adobe shockwave, otherwise I don't know.

I did not add the disallowrun. I believe that was made by the virus which I got much time ago. The antivirus I was using since then was windows defender, so that is why I did not even know about this disallowrun

step2: it looks like FRST64 got stuck. It's been saying "fixing in progress" for a very long time and according to taskmanager it does not consume resource

Thank you

Yes but normally includes the name Adobe, like "Adobe Shockwave Player". Uninstall the program "Shockwave".

Wait at least a couple of hours. If it still stuck restart the machine. Do not try to close the tool as that most likely fails.
Please report back. If there is a log called Fixlog.txt attach that to your next reply.

for shockwave in the apps the system says it cannot uninstall because it has probably been uninstalled previously. It offers to remove it from the list but nothing happens when I press "yes"

Download ZHPDiag 2024 using the link: ZHPDiag
Save the file on your desktop.

Disable the real-time protection of your antivirus software. It may conflict with ZHPDiag.

please see the fixlog file attached. ZHPDiag3.exe doesn't start perhaps because it is 32bit. The problem with starting 32bit apps is still present
