Windows Server 2016 Version 1607 Updates problem

Hmm, dunno why this error occurs.
Please do following only:

Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

Very strange. We could restore the folder but cannot add missing files.
Try to run SFCFix without a script:

  1. Double-click SFCFix.exe to run the tool. A dialog may come up asking for approval. If it does go ahead and allow.
  2. On completion a log file (SFCFix.txt) will be opened. Copy and Paste its content into your next reply.

I will tell you another strange thing. In the meantime, I created a new virtual machine running Windows 2016 server. I used a clean install with the original CD provided with the server. The thing is, this virtual machine do not install updates either! I get error 0x800705b4 installing KB4103720 (2018-05 accumulative).In the begining, this updated with no problems.... The ESXi environment has anything to do with that?

Please provide the requested files. I asked for the files in the folder C:\SFCFix, not C:\FRST.

Yes, the first option is the indeed the default option, but that is almost identical with the options selected in your screenshot.
