[SOLVED] windows server 2019 windows problem installing updates 2023 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based Systems (KB5023702) Error

Please attach a new copy of the COMPONENTS hive, now several other components for the German language pack seems to be missing.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.
 
Could you please provide a screenshot of the installed Language packs under Settings > Time and Language. As well as the output of the following command.

will attach image of languages there is only English as display languages other servers I have wit this same issue has almost other languages like Japanese and Russian, also other team member according to aws they said that ios build version was old currently we have this Image Version: 10.0.17763.2452 not sure what can we do to fix it.

Are you able to clone this server to test some things in that environment?

Please install the German Language pack and reboot this clone, then attempt to update to see what happens.

Hello Max, so a co-worker was able to resolve the issue basically he upload a media installation volume that has the 2019 english package only, attach the volume to an affected machine with these KBs issues, then mount that new volume, and ran the command in a CMD setup.exe /auto upgrade /dynamicupdate disable /eula accept /ShowOOBE None, we needed to keep that I recall the AMI KMD or something like that of the image has to be the same, afterwards while running all that the media installation kind of fix all the issues and we are up to date, I really appreciate your help we can close this now
