It's still dirty because there are a lot of files to fix and I do them in stages. I've fixed 100 so far.

FYI, I've only had luck with the suggested cmd copy cbs.txt file once, this is the command that has worked for my system:
cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

I just started to, had updated it, along with the store, and was learning how to use cmdlets, cmds,etc.

I've made it a point not to do anything in the way of any updates, etc., while the troublshooting continues; but I've also recently discovered more issues, like a blank Add/Remove features, & blank xml document page via ie11, respectively (see attached screenshots).

The only time I've updated is twice when DriverMax has offered an update to the Synaptics SMBus Driver (reboot required) 3 times total within 3 weeks including today as I was writing this reply; so now I strongly feel this is also related to the ie11 components issues.

Whatever your findings, I'll do what you advise as long as I have clear instructions; but this is so frustratingly unexpected, & from what I've read in this & other forums, only a clean un-install/re-install of ie11 downloads, including the prerequsites in the proper order, fixes a corruption issue like this. Thanks.

This is not good. Please run System Update Readiness Tool and attach CheckSUR.log.
