The failure is the result of this action "User cancelled Installation".I installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8. Everything seems to be fine, but there is still one update error, which I am attaching.

Hi Peter. The failure is the result of this action "User cancelled Installation".
If I understand correctly we can mark this thread as solved ?... the problems have been fixed.
Long-standing bug problem (87). "dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth".
dism /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /ScanHealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Absolutely not. I'm still with you in this thread. It is just a misunderstanding.Edmundas-PC said:As I understand it, you can’t or don’t want to help me with dozens of updates ...

As xilolee already reported and as shown in the screenshot you provided the dism option /checkhealth is not supported in Windows 7.
To have a clear picture tell me which Windows Updates still failed to install ?
The first message can appear when you try to install an x86 update on a x64 machine or vice-versa, or if an update is no longer needed because a newer/replacement update is already installed.I'm only concerned about this question: at one time some updates "the update is not applicable to your computer", another time "Only one instance of wusa.exe is allowed to run" It's not clear.
This is normal. Nothing to worry about.First: after installing NET 4.8, its place in Turn Windows Features On or Off is not marked, there is only net 3.5.1, which is not in the Program and Features panel and in computer
If you mean some files in the screenshots in attachment "New folder (19).zip", this is normal too.Secondly: I was stunned when I saw system32_script with locks and their number. There are zero marks (mb).
Hi Peter.Did you need this particular .NET version ?
If not you might try to uninstall it, reboot the machine and try to install KB982670 again.
