Also can't upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10

So it got to 82%, the farthest it's gotten yet, but then froze the machine. I reset the box and it booted in to Win 7 with the following error:

0xC1900101-0x3000D
The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation

Please detach any peripheral devices from the computer. Leave only the mouse and the keyboard + the monitor, unplug the network cable and retry the upgrade.

Ok. The only thing left was my Netis dual channel WiFi antennae. I unplugged that and it finished the upgrade!
Now, the bad news. It locks up like 2 minutes after booting in to any user. Complete system halt. Mouse, keyboard, everything.
I’m gonna let it ride for a bit to see if it recovers.

Great. I'm happy to hear that the upgrade went through:

Step#1 - Gather Event Logs

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFixScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFixScript.txt.
  5. Drag the file SFCFixScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please
  9. In addition a file will be created on your desktop named EvtLogs.zip. As this file will likely be too large to attach to your reply, please upload this file to a file sharing service of your choice and provide the link in your next reply. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace

Will this not run in safe mode? I try it in safe mode and nothing happens. Right now, I can't get to my desktop in a normal boot mode long enough to run the script.
