Banned from z3r010's sites

I will not get into the politics of this, John, you know where I stand.

I will, however, say this;

AKA, you are the worst kind of antagonist. You offer so much offense and give no name to back it. You admit to cowardice, but I will refer to your actions as out and out chicken ****. Don't like what I have to say? PM me for my address, I'd be glad to take it up with you. The folks here making their statements are not hiding behind multiple pseudonyms. They are real people with real feelings and valid complaints. Your statements, nameless as you remain, are not real.

I have been banned from VF, SF & EF - no reason whatsoever given.

My BSOD OP stickies have been removed.

To all those from VF, SF & EF that are here - please know that you are always welcome here at Sysnative Forums.

BSOD App development in conjunction with Mike (writhziden) will continue here at Sysnative.

I hope that John Fairbrother (z3r010) and Shawn Brink, fellow Microsoft MVP (assuming he is involved in the bans; not sure), realize someday that the decision to alienate so many for no reason is petty, childish, absurd and asinine.

I have NEVER been banned from a forum before in my life. This is a first for me.

John

Well John, while you are not particularly in rare air, you are in exceptionally great company.
In reference to Ken, I will say that years ago, and on a forum far, far away (now) he reached out to me with kindness and courtesy above and beyond the call and if there is a single person responsible for anything that I have done subsequently in regards to any "help" forums anywhere on the internet, I can say without reservation it was Ken. So.....
when he "spammed" me (don't remember where or how) with information regarding Sysnative, I was all over it. Got to say, the best "spam" ever. And I not only thank him for the "spam" but am grateful for the invite and opportunity to join this excellent forum.
Likewise Jan (JMH) who I have always and everywhere found courteous, welcoming, hopeful and helpful. Another great ambassador for your forum.
And I would like to say that since joining here, I've increased my knowledge and understanding of BSODs, ten fold and I would like to thank you, your staff and incredible contributors for enhancing my education in this regard.
Good luck, good fortune and please keep up the exceptional work.
My sincerest, Thank You All
Randy

I suppose they deleted Mike's (writhziden) awesome write-up about it on the output files...?

I'm not sure, where was it posted?

Not sure, Jaidyn - maybe the BSOD Team area?

The title was something like "How I analyze BSOD dumps" (using the jcgriff2 BSOD app output).

It's the output from - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/showthread.php/68-Blue-Screen-of-Death-(BSOD)-Posting-Instructions-Windows-8-7-amp-Vista

For the time being at least, it remains: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/232954-how-i-debug-blue-screen-crashes.html

I have created a pdf of it, saved the page, and saved each of the larger images...just in case. ;)

Stephen, think you can Quote it and save it in a text file with the original format? It's not a big deal if you are uncomfortable doing so. I have most of it already saved in an .rtf formatted file. I don't think I got the final changes I made saved, but they would take me very little time to redo if I had to. I probably have 90% of it.

I appreciate you both preserving it. :D

I'll do that as soon as I'm on my pc next.

As a proud member of the Sysnative "senior staff", I have been included in the banned accounts.

Man, they are just too stupid for words. So sorry to hear about this Corrine.

And same for all the others who were wrongly banned ... reason: account closed ?!?!?!?! HUH!?!?!!

That is just nuts. Admins, moderators and users from all over the web being banned on three sites whose leadership doesn't know the meaning of getting to the truth of the matter but is simply being vindictive. Plain and simple.

Sure, every issue any forum has ever had started by someone intentionally or unintentionally, but to use such low down backroom tactics and banning people who were some of their best users.

My gawd. I am so glad I never signed up for their forums. Who needs such stupidity. Sigh...

I know, I wasn't involved and likely should keep my mouth shut. But. I am friends at least one and have just gotten to know a few of the others who were banned and this whole thing is stupid and ludicrous.

Windows users need help. And some of the best to do that are right here on Sysnative. I hope Sysnative grows by leaps and bounds. They deserve it after what was done to users here.

They are just cutting off their nose to spite their face. Stupidity, plain and stupid. IMHO.

I say forget them and move on. What is that old saying? "If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town." ... or forum.

Yeah, I know it's a biblical reference but a good one for this case. You know, forgive them and move on. (Forgive doesn't mean forget btw. You can forgive a dog for being a dog, but you don't have to go back in their yard). ;)

Anyone can do the math. From Pastebin:

We estimate that this site receives about 369,761 unique visitors per day which converts to a daily revenue stream of $1,180 USD.

$1,180 X 30 days/month = $35,400/month, less server costs.

Even if the ad revenue is 1/2 what Pastebin estimates, that is still a healthy $17,700/month all due to the help of volunteers.

(Note that "unique visitors" are not members and, thus, are indeed exposed to the advertisements.)

Great investigative work there Corrine. Proves much, IMHO.

Unlike the "other place" we welcome everyone and their opinion even people who fear retribution elsewhere SE.

I have zipped up the info I got from that thread "How I Debug Blue Screen Crashes" and attached it here. Has the page with your posting on it, a pdf of the page, and all images (thumbs and bigger images) from your posting.

Sure having someone reply and save that to a text file for you would be a great help, and make it easier to make use of the images in the zip file.

Hope it helps some.

Not banned. But decided to come in and get another perspective on all the fuss.

Lots of harsh feelings here which may not describe the whole situation but we plan to keep all of this in public.

Those who wish to judge us feel free, we welcome all opinions here.
On a random side note, the people viewing this thread VIA proxies keeps growing...

I guess many are afraid of the unlawful tyrant running around?

This is indeed very sad news, I don't know what to say at the moment but hopefully things get settled.
Haven't been around lately due to personal concerns, not so very perky at the moment.

Glad to see that you're back Rayda.

You haven't missed too much, the title of this thread and the alert tells the story...

Look on the plus side, at least you found out now and not a year from now. You can help in many places and ways. The best is yet to come.

John has gone mad. I've been kicked out now!! Excuse me whilst I go and break something.....

All I wanted to do was help people. It's all been wasted...

Keep yourself safe and don't do too much damage to anything...

None of what's going on is rational don't let it carry you down.

Better than mine...

Ban reason: As requested.

I got a good laugh out of it though... I had maybe 20 posts at SF...
