Did you ones had software from Paragon installed which is removed ?

Hi Peter,

Thank you for letting me know, I looked in control panel uninstall and Paragon doesn't show up, so I did a search with I think Windows explorer? (start bottom of screen left hand box) and that did find two files for installing set up launcher Paragon GmbH and (pm_2014_free.msi)

I don't know where it came from or recall if I have ever tried to use this program in the past?

Just checked and Paragon customer support get terrible reviews on Trustpilot!

(The only thing I can find is MiniTool Partition Wizard free which I downloaded because my external back up hard drive is a 500GB but only displays displays 320 GB 320GB yet it is the original sata 500GB from this pc which I put into an external caddy when I upgraded this laptop to to an SSD )

Do you want me take any action ?

Thank you

Kind Regards

The "Paragon" files are not related to "MiniTool Partition Wizard" as far as I know.
