- Click on the Start
- When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
- When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each
reg load HKLM\COMPONENTS C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS
reg delete HKLM\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\Components\amd64_4cf054325d005c2c510b1aa214eebdcc_b77a5c761934e0:9_6.1.7601.18219_none_917e475fd8f064b4 /f
reg delete HKLM\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\Components\amd64_157a06a87010c376c810c6764c47d34c_b77a5c761934e089_6.1.7601.18219_none_db91ffe7176aae41 /f
reg query HKLM\\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\Components\amd64_4cf054325d005c2c510b1aa214eebdcc_b77a5c561934e089_6.1.7601.18219_none_917e475fd8f064b4
- Right-click on the Command Prompt window and click Select All, this will invert all of the colours by selecting the text, now press enter. All of this text is now copied.
- Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your next post please.
